How do I downgrade firmware and baseband from 1.1.4 to 1.1.1

Hello,

Does anyone know how I can downgrade my iphone with firmware 1.1.4 to 1.1.1? I have the no service problem and wanna try downgrading it. Please let me know if you have links to step by step directions. I've already tried to do it before and it was unsuccessful so I hope someone else has clearer and simpler directions for me.
