I have an iPhone 3GS 8GB and I installed iOS 4.2.1 and I noticed my iPhone is sluggish, I restored it too no avail. How do I downgrade it too 4.1? I have a PC. Thanks. :apple:

You can't downgrade unless you've backupped your SHSH blobs in a previous version.

If you dont know what an SHSH blob is then obviously you didnt do that prior.
Apple doesnt allow restoring to previous firmware since the 3GS first came out a year and half ago.
So you're sol for now, you cannot go down firmware versions on the 3GS and iphone 4.
Hope the soon to be released 4.3 fixes your issues.
