How do I download a video from online to my Mac?

This is the video:

Its not on a big site site like Youtube so I can't use vixy.net or savevid.com because they don't work. Does anyone know of any free program that allows me to save this video on a .mov or .mp4 format? (not flv)

In Safari, Window > Activity.... find the file and hold Option while you double-click.

If you have the direct link, paste link into safari address, hold OPTION key, and hit ENTER.

If you have the direct link, paste link into safari address, hold OPTION key, and hit ENTER.

... or paste that link into the downloads window in Safari, or right click the link you just posted and "Download linked file as..."

That should give enough methods for you.
