how do i download radio show?

my mate runs an internet radio show from his PC, the instructions are to 'right click your mouse and choose download from the menu" obviously one cannot do this on a mac... there is no right click! the alternative is simply to run the show and listen in real time but i want to actually download it, how do i do this? im using an old mac, G4 running OSX10.3.9. any help very welcome - thanks in advance

Do you get the menu of options if you hold down the ctrl key instead and then click on it?

I like and still use an Apple Pro one-button mouse at home.
