How do I edit a shortcut menu?

When I right click on my desktop a shortcut (popup) menu appears with an option for a program that I have removed. The option is "Open as Data Project in SimplyBurns". How do I remove this option from the menu? I am attaching a screen shot of the menu. Thanks in advance for any help.

I found a plugin entry and deleted it but it still shows on the menu. Do I need to restart?
