How do I enable Genius on my Iphone 3g?

When I press the genius button while on my iphone it says Genius must be enabled from within Itunes .

Where do I enable Genius from on Itunes?
I mean I already have the ability to make genius playlists on Itunes but how do I get it to work on my phone?

I think you just need to sync to your iPhone. If that doesn't work, I have heard people say they unsynced just one song and then resynced with the song rechecked and Genius worked.
