how do i enable insert from iPhone

On the desktop if i right click its disabled. On the notes app there is no option
 
is bluetooth on, on your mac and your phone? & check the bluetooth system pref, make sure the phone is linked. (just guessing).

EDIT: seems this function is not yet active?...
