Hi! i'm having problems with my 10GB iPod (battery problems). After reading thru several posts in this forum i learnt that if i take it to my apple store, i can get it exchanged for a newer one (provided that im still under my apple care plan). I was recently planning on doing that and I just found out that I had misplaced my remote control and charging apparatus. Can i still get my iPod replaced with just the items i have?

i don't think they will mind my iPod got replaced and the guys at the apple store didn't mind. :)

It's worth noting that the new iPod update is supposed to resolve battery issues. You might try that, first.

I had a battery problem with my iPod, so I just sent it into apple, and about a week later they sent me a new one. Also, I didn't have send in anything other than the actual iPod
