How do I export my iDVD movie to a Quicktime file?

If using iLife 05, just select Share from the File menu and click on the QuickTime icon.Apple!Freak said:

You're not trying to get the menus and whatnot functional are you? Why not skip the iDVD middleman and simply save your iMovie movie as a movie. Movie.
