How do I find casino app that doesn't require additional purchases/buying of chips

My 92 year old mother wants to play casino games (slots primarily). There's no way she's capable of buying more cash or chips.

What happened to the games that you pay a fair price to buy them and then get unlimited use of that game? I'll pay whatever I need to.

I really need some help here as I've been trying to find a game for some time now.
