On a desktop Mac one clicks of Share and then on Embed to obtain the embed Code. But in ios7 there is no Embed link to click on.
 
I found out that to gain access to the Embed command I needed to delete the Youtube app I downloaded from the iTunes store. Then from the youtube home page I had to click on the triple horizontal bar icon on the left side of the page and then still on the left side of the page scroll down to the bottom where it says Desktop and click on that. Then the desktop version of Youtube will appear and then you can find the Share and Embed words to click on after selecting/watching a particular video.

Thanks for the update. I don't understand why you would have to go through all of that trouble to get the same result that you would have had with the old ios.
