How do I fix my screwed up folder view..??

No idea how it got like this but my Pictures folder now looks like this:

Using the slider to make them smaller doesn't sort it out, any idea how to get them all just normal folders with the name under them...?

To clean up the current view
Use the slider bottom right of window to make them smaller
Right click and sort by whatever you fancy

Or use one of the four buttons at the top of the window to completely change the view (you have no1 selected at present)
