I recently got ahold of a rare dvd (looks homemade) of hasil adkins and the audio is about 10 seconds behind the video. How do I fix this? What programs, etc?

How do I fix out of sync audio on dvd?

Well, you could pull it into imovie or Final Cut and nudge the audio track until it looks in sync and then bounce it out. There isn't going to be some magic program that will be able to adjust the dvd or alter the playback. You'll have to take it into some sort of editor and move the audio. Just make sure you match the sample rate when you bounce so that it doesn't slowly drift further and further out of sync.
