hello
these are the fisherman™ rules of post macisms
what OS are we using?
what Mac do we have?
and when did this occur?
are these core files, not removable?

first fix is restart ones Mac, yours.
then try to empty garbage
if that does not work,
recover these files by right clicking or cmdA after selected.
maybe you need these files as what ever OS you have won't part ways.

also
what display are we using?

others will respond soon enough.

don't trust appcleaner, or other 3rd party apps since  does that automatically.

it is good software or should i use another one ?
I use Cleaner One Pro as when you trash and delete what ever it is, program etc, it will deep clean to make sure it's completely gone from your system.

Your app looks like it does the same thing which is good.

Not sure what you're trying to remove but what you're trying to won't as the corresponding program is still installed. At least that's what it looks like to me.
