I noticed these songs were grayed out on my playlist, so I deleted every song off of my iPhone. Except that there are still grayed out songs on my phone!

The last thing I want to do is restore it/re-jailbreak it.

Except it wasn't...don't automatically assume that I steal music. Thanks.

This is sometimes caused by an incomplete sync. Try syncing via iTunes again and see if that fixes it.

If that doesn't work, delete all music and resync only after you see there is nothing on it.

Delete all the music hard reset the phone and resync it also could've been something installed via cydia happens to me music wont play some icons turn white,if its the last you'll have to uninstall tweaks, apps etc and see which one makes it revert. Not the end of the world but an annoyance nonetheless. Is that tweak only changing the music apps look? That may very well be it MAYBE.

iTunes was probably telling you you have bad taste in music and unsynced those songs for you.

I know pirated music has nothing to do with it. I just wanted to see how many people could doubt me with certainty, knowing they had pirated music but no issues.
