Folks,

When I had a Dell Laptop I was able to save maps from any were and put them on Microsoft paint and have the childish fun of altering the political shape of the world! For example, I would get a map of Europe and change the E.U by putting Britain into one colour and the rest of Europe in another! On other occasions I had the fun of Merging Albana, Greece and Kosovo together LOL!

Is iT possible to do that using a Mac laptop using Mac software? Can Someone tell me step by step how to do such things!

Thanks

In other words you want a program like MS paint? I recommend Seashore, though Paintbrush is an alternative too.

Or go for GIMP, if you're a tad more experienced.

Thanks,

Just one more stupid question,

How do I tell what Mac Laptop I've got? My Brother said I've the smallest and simplest white Mac Laptop! The reason I ask is because the Paintbrush Downloads you've suggested are set for certain Mac Requirements as in here:

http://paintbrush.sourceforge.net/downloads/index.html

One more thing.

Are these downloads safe? The last thing I want is a repeat of what happened to my Dell Laptop! I got this mac because the Dell laptop ended up with virisuces (Spelling!!! Sorry) off all sorts on it - it was so bad that someone was able to hack into my Bebo Page and steal it on me

Please advise me

Thanks:

Just three more things,

Does this seashore take ages to download?

Does it take up LOADS of space?

And does it slow the Laptop down loads?
