Hi,
I would like to format my mac. But data should not be erased and i need to get back all my history of data and bookmarks.. Is this possible??

I need to format and restore all the data.. Give me a complete solution. pl....

Thank You,

A reformat will wipe all of your data. You therefore need to back it up first, THEN reformat, THEN restore your data from the backup (usually an external hard drive).

First and foremost make sure you have backup.

Secondly why do you want to reformat your drive? Are you trying to resolve a problem?
