How do I get a HALOSCAN Account!!??

Haloscan Web is driving me insane!!

I have been going around the site now for around an hour trying to find a register for haloscan...

I go to www.haloscan.com
I click register for free
It redirects me to js-kit.com
And from that website I can only sign up to js-kit not haloscan!

I need Haloscan so I can get iComments to work.

When getting a Haloscan account...

How do I get iComments working?
Is there a step-by-step guide?

All I know is, (where you want the comments) type 'InsertCommentsHere'

And then Publish your site to a local folder, Then open iComment and choose the folder and then I do not know what to do....
