I was downloading some video podcasts from the iTunes University section and when I woke up this morning to check my email, I found an email claiming that I'd made purchases for a game called "Kingdom Conquest" which I've definitely never heard of, especially as my last purchase was for Streetfighter IV: Volt which was on Thursday.
I googled up "Kingdom Conquest" and found to my surprise that it's one of those in-app purchase type games.
I definitely didn't buy this game as well as the associated in-game purchases as I was asleep when the purchase was made at the time.
I don't know how I even got hacked in the first place as my laptop uses AVG Internet Security which is pretty secure in its own right PLUS the firewall was switched on fully as well.
I've already changed my password and I'm fortunate that I didn't set up a option to make purchases via my debit card as well.
In any case, what's the best way to get a refund from Apple as these purchases were made using credit from £30 worth of giftcards that I bought 2 weeks ago.
