How do i get address book back?

Hi, i deleted address book by mistake and yes i have emptied recycle bin so i can't restore it i cant find my darn everything else disk that came with my mac... can anyone please help?

Restore from your backup, unless you felt it wasn't worth the effort of backing up, in which case , why worry ?
