How do I get all of my iCloud photos in my 5s?

I noticed that many of the my iCloud photos aren't coming into my 5S. Really most that have been in the cloud for over a month. How do I pull them all into my photo stream on my phone?

Go to Settings > iCloud, then ensure 'Photos' is turned on.

The photos which are shared on your Photo Stream should appear in the photos app, under the albums section.

Photostream is only supposed to save your last 30 days. Think of it as an "undo" tool, and a tool to get photos easily onto your computer. It's not a true backup.
