how do i get apples 24" led display camera to work with my macbook pro

i can get the one on the laptop working when it is plugged in to the display but i want the 24" one to kick in when i connect the two together..

i dont have external keyboard or mouse yet, but the guy in store got it to work!

is there a setting hiding somehwere? -many thanks

Read your instruction manual that came with it. Its in there.
