Hi,

My name is Sylvia and I have been reading "Mac Rumors" since I got my first iMac in '07.

I need help. I suppose I am not the only one that can't access my AT&T account through my iMac or iPhone. I have been on the phone with AT&T and the only response I get is that Safari is not always compatible with their "My AT&T" login. My hubby can get in on his PC.

I think that if AT&T is going to sell the iPhone which is an Apple product that I should be able to access my account on my iMac which is also an Apple product. Is that too much to ask?

Also, anyone know Tim Cook's email address?

Thanks for your help.
Sylvia

Welcome (OK, not really, you've been here a while) to MacRumors!

With the surge in Mac popularity over the last 3+ years, it's been pretty rare to run into websites that don't work on Safari.

However, I wouldn't doubt that there are still some old support center scripts around that tell the support center staff to _say_ that Safari isn't supported.

Are you getting an actual error message or is the site not working correctly in some way?
