How do i get contacts back into my address book?

Is it possible to sync my phone to my new itunes library with out losing all the contacts in my phone?

I recently had to do a clean install of leopard to resolve some issues i was having. i only backed up my music and forgot to back up my address book.

never mind found the answer.
