flash is not required for ipad. Videos are converted to html5 automatically. If you are trying to play flash games, you bought the wrong device.

try iSwifter browser, i use the trial few times and it claims to work. i've only used it to stream nba on espn. the free version forces you to reload after few mins of use.

Try the Puffin browser. I have watched whole tv shows on it. I like it better than skyfire because skyfire can't play an entire show. The sound maybe be a step behind but when I had skyfire on a windows phone it was the same thing. I do all my surfing on puffin because it has smooth strolling and they update quite a bit.
