iPod touch How do i get genius off my iPod?

i have that genius icon whenever i tap the screen on my iPod touch next to the track scroll bar. How do i get rid of it. it wasn't on my iPod touch before and i don't' even use genius
 
I think I got to restore my iPod make sure genius is off iTunes and then sync music
