Ok thanks for alll your guys help...but i think i got it

i reinstalled my mac but after i did i had to reinstal the "bundle software" package (separate from the whole system/bundle)

Offtopic, but what is iSpotlight, and where can I get it? :p

idk if you can get it...but it's usually with the computer already

its the little magnifying glass in the upper right and corner by the computer clock/date

You totally missed the joke. You called it iFinder when it's just called Finder. Other members were making fun of it by adding 'i' in front of things that shouldn't have it; it's called Spotlight, not iSpotlight.

I'm sorry that the joke had to actually be explained to you.

hehe, I know.

I guess in all the talk about iPhoto, iMovie, iTunes, ietc...

that tuffluffjimmy just went icrazy.

Spotlight =/= iSpotlight.

I was just kidding. :)

Edit: Thanks Ivan P for explaining. :) In all fairness, I didn't even realize the mention of iFinder.

hehe no worries mate, we've all been there.

Anywho, to actually try to help.

If you got leopard with your mac, then iLife 08 should be on your installation disc (I got my mac with Tiger and this was the case, not 100% sure with Leopard though)

Insert the install DVD and open it in the iFinder :p. Find a folder called "Optional Installations" or something along those lines.
