how do I get movies from itunes on my iphone?

I got my iphone and am still getting used to it, synced it with itunes fine and got all my photos, address book, songs etc but how do I get videos that I have bought from itunes onto my phone? I can see the video in the downloads section but can't drag it over to the movies folder or my iphone itself!

make sure your videos are in the movies or tv shows tab's on the left under "library"

plug your phone in to itunes then there should be a tab on the left "devices" click your iphone under that tab, then you should have 7 tabs going across the middle of the itunes screen - /summary/info/ringtones/music/photos/podcasts/video

Click the video tab, then you should be able to see your videos, tv shows etc. Make sure the ones you want on your iphone have been ticked and then click apply, it should then sync the ticked movies/videos to your phone
