How do i get my backed up contacts FROM outlook TO my iphone?

Any ideas? I have some backed up in outlook but when i try to sync, it tries to take the contacts from my phone and put them in outlook and delete the ones in outlook which i DO NOT want to do. i wanna replace my contacts on my phone with the ones i have backed up in outlook.

At the bottom of the Info Tab, in iTunes, when you have your phone connected, there is a check box for "Replace Info on iPhone with Info on Computer", you can select Contact, Schedule, Bookmarks, and Email Accounts. This is where you need to make your changes.
