How do I get my Mac to play these files?

I want to be able to listen to these audio files:

They're on the left hand of the site. I have the latest Flip4Mac installed, but when I choose Windows Media Player to play them, it won't work. How can I listen to those files?

Can't get the Window Media one to work, but the Real Media one works.
I you have Real Player installed anyway...
