I know where the folder is and it has the list of apps.

Here's the thing: handylight, which has been syncing fine, is no longer in the app store so I can't use that route ............. and that is the one app I care about in this case :D

edit: apparently dragging from a windows explorer window right onto the itunes app section DOES work lol
