Hi! I'm a newbie here. I wanna ask if How do i get rid of the phone icon on my taskbar? It doesn't work when i tryna drag it down. I guess it's in the settings. Help please!

Remove the phone (PPP) connection from Network preferences.
BTW no need to photo the screen on a Mac, press cmd+shift+3 for a full-screen screenshot.

Command-drag should also work.
