I went to view>options and looked for "ringtone" in the list but it wasn't there. I don't know what happened to it. Can anyone help?

You need to go into Preferences>>General tab and select Ringtones in there. Click on the iTunes program name in the top left-corner, and it will expand to show you the Preferences menu item.

That' actually not what I'm asking. Ringtones show up on the left hand column. What I'm asking is how do I get the bell icon to show up in my library so I can create a new ringtone? Under options>view options, its not showing "ringtones" on the list.
