How do i get the ipod touch work with 64 bit vista

I have dowgraded psps and ipods in the past to install custom games and apps.
But the ipod touch dosent work with windows vista 64 bit. I also know many peaple are having proglems with this so if all ready staterd some where sorry.

I turn to you guys becuse usally hcks are the wya to fix alot.
So i am asking do know how to make it work with windows vista 64-bit? (ultiment)
