How do i get the new cydia on my iphone

How do i get the new cydia on my iphone ?

Iphone 4 4.1

Is there other ways than SSH ? Why they just don't put the new cydia in cydia ?

not being arsey, but its written no where how to install it without SSH......

If you bother to read the thread you see that you can install iFile from cydia click on the link in the first post and click install...no ssh involved I sure as hell can't ssh shiate onto my phone and I got the new cydia running.........if you cant then you are just plain ARSEY. and don't deserve to be jailbroken.
