How do I get the Weather app to stop buzzing my Watch during Sleep Focus?

Last night my wrist buzzed me and woke me up three times in the middle of the night to notify me that light rain would be starting soon. How do I turn that off? My Watch is set to mirror my iPhone. In Sleep Focus settings I do have Intelligent Breakthrough & Silencing turned on. Do I need to turn that off?

In the sleep focus, check your notification settings and turn them on/off as desired

I think I figured it out. Now I just needed it to rain in the middle of the night to test it.
