iPod touch How do I get video from iPod to my iPad?

I shot some videos on my iPod and don't know how go get them transferred to my iPad? Is this possible syncing through iTunes?
Thanks for any help.
 
I import the movie into iPhoto, and then tell iTunes to sync my iPhoto movies over to my iPad.
