They dont get put in the wallpaper sections in settings, and they arent in my springboard. Anyone have any idea? Thanks
 
You have to activate them via winterboard.

If you do not have winterboard, you will need to install it. Then open up winterboard, and it will show up as a theme. You will then need to activate the theme and respring your device.
