you can email yourself the zip file and use iFile to unarchived them and put the contents wherever your like

Follow these directions if you want to do it the least efficient and practical way possible.

Otherwise, use SSH to copy the files over. Download OpenSSH on your iPhone and Fugu on your Mac, then look up a tutorial on how to log in from your MacBook.
