What model of MacBookPro? Also depends on the ports on the TV. You could either go DVI-->TV (if possible) or get a DVI-->HDMI cable. Either way, you'll then have to send audio from the minijack either via mini-TOSlink or headphone jack to RCA to the TV.

or if you have a new MBP, mini displayport to dvi adapter, then a dvi to HDMI adapter.
