Question - I'm trying to help my sister transition from a virus-and-spyware laden PC to a nice, fresh MacBook.

All her contacts are on an Exchange server, which she accesses via Outlook Web Access. How can I import her ~150 contacts into Address Book without having her type out every single one by hand?

thanks,
Mark

Since she's connecting to Exchange, the easiest way to get them would be to use Entourage to hook up to her Exchange server. Entourage is part of Office 2008; make sure that you get either Standard Edition or Special Media Edition to get Exchange connectivity. Home and Student Edition doesn't include the ability to connect to Exchange servers.

Once the contacts are in Entourage, you can go into the Preferences and enable Sync Services. That will get her contacts into Address Book (and anything else that syncs with Address Book).

Regards,
Nadyne.
