How do I import mails from Entourage 08 into Mail 6?

I recently upgraded my software to freak out ALOT to an error when opening entourage. I cannot access my emails that i have saved or my address book. I didn't know it would be a problem or i would have saved them in .mbox format but now I can't because i can't get into the program. HELP!
