How do I import videos/photos taken on my iphone 4?

Hey Friends,

Sorry i'm a bit of a newbie here. I just got the iphone 4 and I can't seem to get the videos or photos off it. The phone isn't showing up in iphoto or imovie. is there a setting i need to change?

When you connect to a pc, auto play will come up, use this to access the files on the phone. u will see a file called DCIM go into this and when u get to the pics and videos just drag drop the videos onto your desktop.
