How do I install Beta 2 if I don't have Beta 1?

Just registered as an Apple Developer. I've downloaded to my Mac iOS 7 Beta 2 for iPhone 5 (model A1429). How do I install it onto my iPhone 5 if I did not have or install Beta 1?

Use iTunes to install the beta 2 ipsw. You don't need beta 1.

Appreciate a walk-through of the steps needed. I see the .ipsw file in the Finder.
