Orlandoech macrumors 68040 Jun 2, 2011 3,341 888 Dec 15, 2011 #4 Take out the HDD from the MAC, reinstall the OS to the SSD via Internet Restore (CMD+R upon boot). Put the HDD in the Optibay or external USB enclosure and format it once you have all your data moved over.
