How do i install non-jb 4.3.3 into my jb 4.3.3?

I have an ipad1 which is running untethered 4.3.3. I want to know the steps needed to install the original 4.3.3 into my ipad (i.e. no jailbreaking).

Would these be the same steps when installing 5.0?
