I use the Jaku theme and want to use a few of these icons. It only downloads as a .theme file. Can i not grab 1 or 2 icons from this? Thanks for any help.

On my Mac I just need to right click the theme and select Show Package Contents. Must be similar on Windows? Then either you can delete what you don't want and place that on top of winter board or extract the icons you want and place into you Jaku theme in correct locations.
