How do I jailbrake my iPhone?

Interesting question; how do I jailbrake such a device?

if I scew up my phone.. can I put ti back to a non jailbroke iphone?

It should have everything you need to know in that thread and if you have any questions, feel free to ask there or shoot me a PM. But to answer your second question, yes, you can always restore to factory settings if somehow the jailbreak process is erroneous. If you're on a Mac, there's a Pwnage guide sticky at the top of this forum, and various guides can be found through a Google search...good luck!
