How do i jailbreak my 3G with 4.0?

i tried downloading red snow, but im really bad with these things and everytime i jailbreak i always forget how to do it the next time i wanna do it. i also downloaded the 4.0 firmware for the 3g, but idk how to add the ispw file. it isn't saved to my desktop?

also another question how does jailbreaking 3g, give you multi tasking?

how do i do the option button, since im on a pc? i dont' know which button to press. it says press option then restore and then u will be able to choose the ispw i saved to my folder. idk how to do that on a pc.

Its a typo on the website.
They meant to say hold down SHIFT and click restore.
But if you're already on stock 4.0 you dont have to restore the phone again.
Shut down itunes and go straight to step 4.
