How do I JB a JB phone?

Let me clarify, i have my 3gs already Jb but did it through that controversial site that Jb the phone for you, don't remember the site's name. Well, I want to try greenpoison so how do I do this? Do I have to back up and start from a clean slate?

If the jailbreak is working and the iPhone has not problems I suggest you just let it be. But it you still insist on re-jailbreaking you'll have to restore and start over.

Never heard of a controversial JB site.. jailbreakme.com? You also can't backup and start from a clean slate. You either restore your back up or you set the phone up as new. One will have all your info like call logs, SMS, contacts, photos and the like while the other is a clean start Ie just like when it come out of the box brand new.

Ok, so basically once I back up, I just restore but is the restore after I JB with greenpoison?
